I am a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in treating couples, adults and young adults with depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues.  I am curious about how you as a person learned to adapt to your environment, perhaps from a very young age.  My work is highly collaborative.  I am trained in mindfulness based stress reduction, attachment theory, emotionally focused individual and couples therapy, internal family systems therapy (parts work), level 1 AF-EMDR.

 

My work is informed by trauma research, neuroscience, and attachment science.  My individual sessions are 50 minutes long, and my couples sessions are 60 minutes long.  I am happy you found your way here.
